The short version

This site does not set any cookies, first or third party. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Why?

Cookies are small files that websites store on your device to remember things between visits, or to track behaviour across sites. We don't need either to run this site, so we don't use any.

What about analytics?

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a cookieless analytics product. It records aggregate traffic patterns (page views, referring sites, basic device info) using a method that does not set cookies, fingerprint visitors, or identify individual users. No personal data is processed.

This means we can't tell who visited or build a profile of any individual visitor. We can see, for example, that 12 people read the patios page yesterday, but not who they were.

What about embedded content?

The site links to external pages (Bark, Instagram) but does not embed content from them, so no third-party cookies are loaded as part of the page.

If this changes

If we ever add functionality that requires cookies (for example, a customer login), we'll update this policy and add a consent banner before doing so.
